Customer Success Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in the entire product development lifecycle — from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final UI delivery.

Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
  • Understand user behaviors, pain points, and business requirements
  • Translate research insights into actionable design decisions
  • Create user personas, customer journeys, and user flows

UX Design

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for web and mobile products
  • Develop wireframes, information architecture, and interaction flows
  • Improve product usability and accessibility standards

UI Design

  • Create modern, visually appealing interfaces aligned with brand guidelines
  • Build responsive layouts and scalable design systems
  • Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or related roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and visual design skills
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop / Illustrator

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude
